Arnold advances to Class 5A State Final
AUBURNDALE, Fla. (WMBB) – The Arnold boys soccer team is now one win away from a third state title in five years after defeating River Ridge 2-0 in the semifinal on Wednesday morning.
Arnold sophomore, Carson Stewart scored both goals for the Marlins in the first half and they held strong on defense in the second half.
The Marlins improved to 18-1-4 and will face Jesuit in the Class 5A State Final for the second year in a row. That championship match will be on Saturday, February 21, at 10:00 a.m. EST.
