Two winning lottery tickets totaling $2.3 million sold in Pennsylvania
(WHTM) — Two jackpot-winning lottery tickets totaling $2.3 million were sold in Pennsylvania. According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, two Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets from the Monday, June 9, drawing were sold in Butler and Erie counties. The Lottery announced that the two tickets matched all five balls drawn, 4-7-17-27-36, to win individual prizes of $1,162,845, totaling $2,325,690. The first ticket was sold by a 7-Eleven on 4501 Glen Eden Road in Cranberry Township, Butler County, and the second was sold by a Giant Eagle on 2501 West 12th Street in Millcreek Township, Erie County. The Lottery said each retailer will earn a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets. The Lottery said winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated, and a Quick Cash prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date. Anyone holding a jackpot-winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket should contact the nearest Lottery office for further instructions or call 1-800-692-7481, per the Lottery. Each retailer will earn a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets. A main Cash 5 game prize must be claimed within one year of the drawing date, lottery officials say.
