Diddy trial name-drops more celebs as ‘victim Mia' mentions them in tragic testimony about rapper's ‘violent outbursts'

WEEK three of Sean "Diddy" Combs' trial is coming to a close with explosive testimony from his former assistant. The alleged victim, speaking in court under the pseudonym Mia, broke down sobbing on the stand on Thursday as she told jurors how Combs climbed into a bunk bed with her and sexually assaulted her. 3 3 3 Day 13 of the trial is kicking off after jurors heard about Combs ' alleged bombing of Kid Cudi's car and his threats to "kill" the rival rapper for dating his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura. Mia is just one of Combs' many former employees who have taken the stand, but the first witness who has opted to remain anonymous. On Thursday, she testified about Combs' violent behavior towards her and his other staff, as well as the abuse she saw from him to Ventura. She told the court Combs would hurl items at her when he didn't get his way and that he sexually assaulted her more than once. In a trial that's been riddled with details of luxury celebrity status and A-list parties, Mia joined other witnesses in name-dropping stars throughout her testimony. She told the court that Combs threw a computer at her head after the wifi went out on the device while he was in a trial with producer Swizz Beatz. As she tried to solve the problem, Mia testified Combs barked at her that she needed to fix it even if she needed to "talk to Bill Gates." Former NFL linebacker Andre Branch was also brought up as it was revealed in court that Ventura was dating him in 2015 when she was introduced to actor Michael B. Jordan, who she ended up dating. Mia testified that one of Combs' security guards had to stop the rapper from physically assaulting Ventura at a party thrown by rock icon Prince. During her direct examination, Mia also mentioned working for designer Georgina Chapman, the ex-wife of Harvey Weinstein, and was an assistant for actor Mike Myers. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges as prosecutors continue to paint him as the ringleader of a criminal enterprise. He has denied all allegations against him and insists he's only engaged in consensual sex. Pic of bikini-clad Rihanna under mirror ceiling resurfaces in Diddy trial after it was sent to him by ‘freak-off victim'

A GOBSMACKING picture of Rihanna in a bikini sent to Sean "Diddy" Combs has resurfaced after it came up as evidence in the rapper's trial. The superstar snap was sent to Diddy by his then-girlfriend Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura amid discussions about "freak-off" sex parties. 7 7 7 The A-lister can be seen lying on a bed and taking the flash photograph in an overhead mirror, with two other women reclining by her side. Rihanna is wearing a bikini and sunglasses in the snap, believed to have been taken sometime in 2012, and the woman on the right is in a similar get-up. The figure on the left is believed to be Capricorn Clark, Diddy's former assistant, who told the court this week she was "fired" during a vacation with Rihanna, reports the Mail. Cassie sent the pic to Diddy in a long text exchange which also included photos of the pair smooching on the stairs of a private jet and Cassie gushing over her ballooning fame. The rapper's defense lawyers have argued these texts show Cassie was enthusiastic about her relationship with Diddy and all of their activities. This is the crux of the trial: whether Cassie was a consensual participant in the "freak-off" sex parties organised by Diddy or coerced into them. The defense argues that Ventura was not only willing but actively encouraged - and sometimes even begged for - the regular freak-offs. Earlier in the trial, Cassie testified that she was forced into the sometimes days-long sordid sex sessions in order to sustain her relationship and career, which she says was under Diddy's control. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all the charges and denies any wrongdoing. Diddy beat crying Cassie as she cowered in fetal position, claims ex-assistant One of the texts sent by Cassie to Diddy reads: "4,180 likes and azaliea banks hit me on twitter. Missing that!! Going to FO [freak-off] on Tuesday!! These are all things that I need Pop Pop [Diddy] to be with me at. Lol". There is no mention of Rihanna in the messages, and there is no suggestion she was ever involved in the sex parties. Days later, Ventura wrote: "I just want it to be uncontrollable," talking about their upcoming sexual encounter. In another 2012 exchange, Diddy demanded: "FO one last time tonight." Cassie responded with: "What?" Diddy fired back: "You can't read?" Ventura explained: "I don't want to freak off for the last time. I want it to be the first time for the rest of our lives." Later the same day, she followed with: "I want to see you, but I'm emotional right now... I'd rather not do it at all." Elsewhere, Cassie wrote: "Yea. We did a lot... a lot of d****. A lot of partying." And: "I miss you... I miss our love sessions in the afternoon." 7 7 Cassie previously told the court in detail about the long sex sessions with male escorts she was allegedly forced into - and said she complied out of fear of violence. She said: 'You make the wrong face [...] then I was getting hit in the face.' The R'n'B singer said she was a sexual novice when she fell in love with the rapper, having been won over by his wealth and charm. Within a year, she said she agreed to marathon 'freak-off' sex sessions with strangers to prove her love and keep him happy. But Ventura told the New York court that a darker side to Diddy emerged — which she termed 'his abusive side'. She said: '[He was] Very controlling over my life, the things I wanted to do [...] but there's still love there. 'Control was everything from the way I looked, what I was working on that day, who I was speaking to. She said that sex became her job, and that she took part fearing Combs would release videos of the romps. This claim - that Cassie feared compromising footage of herself would be leaked - came up in Wednesday's court session. 7 7 A stylist and friend of Cassie's testified that Diddy threatened to distribute videos of the freak-offs on the internet. Deonte Nash told the courtroom that he remembered a phone conversation when Combs also threatened to send clips to Cassie's parents' workplaces to get them fired. He also said Cassie had confided to him that she "didn't want to" have sex with the men during the parties. Deonte testified that he saw bruises on Ventura's body 'quite often". The trial also descended into chaos when Diddy's his defense team demanded a mistrial be declared - claiming misconduct by the prosecution. Defense lawyers said the prosecution made an "outrageous" suggestion that Diddy could have played a part in the destruction of evidence relating to an arson investigation. Fellow rapper Kid Cudi, who had a relationship with Cassie, testified that Combs broke into his 2012 home and that his Porsche was set ablaze in January 2012.

Diddy's ex Cassie Ventura ‘gives birth to 3rd child' weeks after brutal 4-day testimony in his sex trafficking trial

CASSANDRA "Cassie" Ventura has welcomed her third child two weeks after testifying in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial. Ventura reportedly went into labor in New York City, where she's been since she took the stand as the government's star witness in her ex-boyfriend's federal trial in early May. 3 3 3 The singer gave birth to a baby boy with her husband, Alex Fine, according to ABC. It comes after she was seen rushing to the labor unit in a New York City hospital on Tuesday, according to TMZ. Ventura and Fine have yet to speak out about the happy news. The couple's first son is joining older sisters Frankie, born in December 2019, and Sunny, who was born in March 2021. The Me & U singer was the prosecution's star witness in their federal trial against Combs. She testified during the first week of the trial while eight-and-a-half months pregnant. Ventura was visibly pregnant as she told jurors about the horrific sex sessions with male escorts she was allegedly forced to partake in at Combs' direction during their nearly 11-year relationship.

Sean Combs trial: Mystery woman set to testify against Diddy

One of the most significant witnesses at the Sean 'Diddy' Combs trial in New York is set to take the stand. Yet the public won't know who she is even when she does give evidence. On Wednesday, US time, an anonymous woman referred to as just 'Mia' will testify. Also known as 'Victim 4' in the Combs' indictment, the former staff member is expected to tell the court that she was forced into sex by Combs. After Combs' former girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, Mia would be the only other person so far to talk about direct sexual relations with the music mogul. It's not clear why she has decided to remain anonymous. Combs is on trial in New York on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs has denied all the charges. Anonymous 'Victim 4' / 'Mia' In opening statements, earlier this month, government lawyer Emily Johnson told the court Mia was a former personal assistant for Combs. At one point, said Ms Johnson, Mia was 'forced himself on her sexually, putting his hand up her dress, unzipping his pants and forcing her to perform oral sex, and sneaking into her bed to penetrate her against her will'. 'Mia will tell you how she could not talk about what happened to her until recently … how she wanted to take the secret of what the defendant did to her to her grave'. Ms Johnson, talking about the case in general, said it was 'not about a celebrity's private sexual preference. The evidence will show sexual conduct was coercive and criminal'. 'He made woman have sex when they didn't want too'. She is also expected to talk to the accusations of forced labour, including sex, through various threats'. But Combs' defence lawyers have cast doubt on Mia, questioning why accusations have only come forward years later. As they have with other witnesses, the defence are also likely to bring up communications with Combs after alleged incidents suggesting all was well. Defence lawyer Teny Geragos said in her opening statement that while Combs was a 'complicated man,' who was also entitled to 'private sex life'. 'Regret,' from the accusers, she said, 'is not coercion'. Combs' solicitors have suggested a desire for cash, particularly following Ms Ventura's civil suit settlement with the star, has been a motivating factor behind the claims. On Tuesday, US time, another former staff member of Sean Combs, Capricorn Clark, spent the entire day on the stand. she alleged the music star kidnapped her at gunpoint, assaulted her, threatened to kill her and then destroyed her career. 'I was petrified,' said Capricorn Clark of some her dealings with Combs and his associates which, she alleged, included being threatened with being thrown into New York's East River after some jewels went missing. 'Sean Combs said I would never work again – he would make me kill myself'. Ms Clark also took a swipe at Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura – who is at the centre of the case – saying the singer wasn't very 'talented'. 'I think she had talent and was a very beautiful girl,' Ms Clark said of the R&B singer. Combs lawyer Marc Agnifilo then suggested Ms Ventura, in fact, 'wasn't very talented?' 'True,' Ms Clark responded. She added Ms Ventura needed her voice 'equalised' and 'engineered' and she wasn't up to the calibre of, say, Mariah Carey. The same day it was reported that Ms Ventura has gone into labour, days after testifying against him in court. The US' People magazine reported that the singer has been taken to a New York hospital after going into labour with her third baby with husband Alex Fine.

Diddy's ex-assistant who ‘called him the Devil' set to ‘share new details about Kid Cudi break-in' at trafficking trial

SEAN "Diddy" Combs' former assistant, who once called the music mogul "the devil," has taken the stand as the next witness in his federal sex trafficking trial. The third week of testimony in Combs ' federal trial resumed on Tuesday following a four-day break for the Memorial Day holiday. 3 3 3 Over a dozen witnesses, including Combs' ex-girlfriend and singer Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura, have taken the stand throughout the trial's first two weeks, giving harrowing testimony against the Bad Boy Records executive, 55. Capricorn Clark, another of Combs' former employees, was called to the stand to testify for the prosecution on Tuesday. Clark, the former director of marketing for Combs, told the courtroom that she worked for the music executive for over a decade, from 2004 to 2012. Clark's name was mentioned in the courtroom during rapper Kid Cudi's testimony on Thursday. Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, testified that Clark called him in December 2011 to warn him that Combs and another associate were at his home in Los Angeles after the music mogul learned that he was dating Ventura. The rapper told jurors that he met Ventura after she was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident with Combs. Cudi and Ventura went to the Sunset Marquis hotel, and while there, the rapper told jurors that he received a call from Clark, who he said sounded "very scared." Clark said Combs and one of his associates had "forced' her to come with them to break into the home, Mescudi testified. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges as prosecutors continue to paint him as the ringleader of a criminal enterprise. He has denied all allegations against him and insists he's only engaged in consensual sex. The federal trial is expected to last eight weeks.
