Superior Plus Reports Voting Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Superior Plus Corp. ('Superior Plus' or 'the Company') (TSX:SPB) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 13, 2025 virtually (the 'Meeting') and is pleased to announce that all resolutions voted upon were approved. Pursuant to the requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Superior is issuing this news release to summarize the voting results in respect of the Meeting. A total of 134,424,278 shares of the Company ('Shares') comprised of 104,421,441 Common Shares and 30,002,837 Series 1 Special Voting Preferred Shares representing approximately 51.28% of the votes attached to all outstanding Shares, were present or represented by proxy at the Meeting.
