Report: Cathy Kelley Training At WWE Performance Center
Is WWE backstage interviewer Cathy Kelley preparing to step inside the squared circle? Cathy Kelley was signed with WWE back in 2016 to be a backstage interviewer for NXT. She departed the company in 2020 and later returned in 2022 to be an interviewer for RAW and SmackDown as part of Triple H's creative overhaul of the main roster. But now it appears Kelley might be looking to do something more than just interview the talent backstage. Advertisement According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Kelley has been secretly training at the WWE Performance Center, doing both in-ring training and promo classes for some time. Johnson states that the idea behind the training is for Kelley to be able to transition to a managerial role if the opportunity presents itself.
