Age is just a number for actress Celina Jaitly as she believes one should not let anyone determine what they can or cannot do based on how old they are. Posting a gorgeous picture of herself amidst a beautiful backdrop, the diva wrote on her Instagram account, "#nofilter - Against ageism . To every woman, man, and every beautiful soul beyond gender... don't let anyone tell you what you can or cannot be at any age." Sharing her mantra to overcome ageism, Celina revealed that the most crucial thing is to believe in oneself. "I win against ageism every single day by believing in myself when no one else stands by me. The Janasheen actor mentioned how she was recently told that a woman steadily starts to fade away after the age of 39 in the film industry. She urged her followers not to believe in such narratives and mentioned that she is only getting 'stronger, bolder, and unstoppable" with time. She also shared a new post on Thursday, reiterating what she previously called out clearly – to not feel guilty while growing up. Two days back, Celina Jaitly dropped a stunning photo of herself, standing in the backdrop of a scenic landscape. There, she defied age-related conversations that often float in the film industry. In a long note, the No Entry actor wrote, 'They said recently to me — after 39, a woman begins to fade in this industry. I was told, 'You may look 27, but the digits matter.' Well, here's my response, watch those digits, because they will be great. Some of my Instagram reels have more views than their full-length films at the box office. With reels having reached to phenomenal- 30 Million views." She directly addressed her audience and penned, 'Dear Men and women remember you have NOT been sidelined by age; Personally speaking I've been sharpened by experience. In her latest post on Instagram, the 'No Entry' actress took the opportunity to teach her kids about an important tradition from her Indian heritage, bridging the gap between their diverse backgrounds. Sharing a photo with her kids, Celina wrote, '#sindoor - 'Mama, was ist das Rote auf deiner Stirn?' (Mama, what is that red thing on your forehead?) They asked me in German, their eyes full of curiosity when they saw me wearing SINDOOR during Puja. I told them it's not just a mark; it's a sacred symbol of love, commitment, and the eternal bond of marriage for a #hindu woman. They were fascinated, and the youngest would even feel sad when I didn't wear it daily.' 'Seeing my half-Indian, half-Austrian children embrace their roots with such wonder makes me realize our cultural heritage is not just tradition, it's a living legacy.
