Delhi woke up to warm and humid conditions on Sunday, with the minimum temperature settling at 27.2 degrees Celsius, just slightly above the seasonal average, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).The weather department has forecast a partly cloudy sky through the day, with a possibility of thunder and lightning development later.
