Champion Thread Company (CTC), a leading manufacturer and provider of industrial sewing threads, engineered yarns and other sewn products supplies, announced its acquisition of Carolina Sales Thread, Inc., a popular regional distributor of industrial sewing threads to the needle trades.
A manufacturer and supplier of industrial sewing thread and engineered yarns, Champion Thread Company has acquired Southeastern regional thread distributor Carolina Sales Thread. The acquisition promises to provide Carolina Sales customers with enhanced service, product offerings, and business value while enabling CTC to accelerate innovation and growth.
