Clinton County schools slide under tax cap
PLATTSBURGH — Proposed budgets for all school districts in Clinton County are under the state's adjusted tax cap for the 2025-26 school year.
All budget and school board votes are Tuesday, May 20.
Each district sets its own times for the vote.
Clinton County
PLATTSBURGH
Total Budget: $55.8 million, increase of +6.07%.
Tax Levy: $25.9 million, increase of +1.73%.
Tax Rate: Not given.

Propositions: Bond for $12.1 million for capital project for security and other improvements.
