QC explores economic cooperation with the Duke of Richmond

Rashid bin Hamad Al-Athba, Second Vice-Chairman of Qatar Chamber, received Charles Gordon-Lennox 11th Duke of Richmond - UK, at the Chamber's headquarters on Thursday.
The meeting discussed avenues of commercial and economic cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom, as well as the role of the private sectors in both countries in enhancing mutual investments.
Rashid bin Hamad Al-Athba praised the strong relations between Qatar and the United Kingdom, noting that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries reached approximately QAR 7.5 billion last year, including QAR 1.2 billion in Qatari exports to the UK mostly consisting of petroleum gases and gaseous hydrocarbons.
