Man sentenced in 2022 crawfish boil murder: Mobile County DA
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A judge has sentenced 21-year-old Charvez Monte Green to life in prison for a 2022 murder, according to the Mobile County District Attorney's Office.
Mobile woman accused of domestic violence, police say
According to the DA's office, Green was 'lying in wait' inside a mutual friend's home on June 19, 2022, for Karlos Pettway, where a crawfish boil was taking place.
Green was found guilty in April 2025 of shooting Pettway five times, killing him.
Mobile County deputies look for man accused of harassing women while they work
Green is already serving consecutive federal sentences, and once those are complete, he will serve his life sentence.
