He played four seasons for the Cyclones in total and recorded 245 receptions for 2,855 yards and 18 touchdowns. The 22-year-old wideout was recently compared to Los Angeles Chargers standout receiver Ladd McConkey by Steve Palazzolo on The 33rd Team's "Check The Mic" podcast. Noel could bring an explosive element back to the Patriots' offense.
