Scots Michelin star chef opens new fine dining restaurant at Cameron House
Graeme Cheevers returns to Cameron House almost 10 years on with a new fine-dining concept on the shores of Loch Lomond.
A Michelin-starred chef has opened the doors to his new fine-dining restaurant at luxury five-star resort Cameron House.
Acclaimed chef Graeme Cheevers, from Glasgow, made a triumphant return to Loch Lomond with the eagerly anticipated launch of Loma.
Cheevers once served as Head Chef at Cameron House under Martin Wishart more than a decade ago.
Reuniting with his roots, he has returned with his own vision which promises to push the boundaries of Scottish cuisine and elevate the resort's gastronomic status.
Housed within the stunning surroundings of Cameron House, Cheevers hopes Loma will become a new jewel in Scotland's fine-dining scene.
'I am thrilled to return to Cameron House to create Loma,' said Cheevers. 'This is an incredible opportunity to showcase Scotland's finest produce in a destination that truly embodies our country's elegance and spirit.
"Our goal is to offer guests an unforgettable dining experience, one that combines precision, creativity and warm Scottish hospitality. I hope Loma will become a must-visit for both locals and visitors alike.'
The restaurant will offer a seasonal menu championing Scotland's rich natural larder - from Loch Fyne langoustine to Argyle Estate red deer, Orkney gold beef and Perthshire strawberries.
Loma will be Cheevers second venture after opening popular restaurant Unalome in 2021 in Glasgow.
The Michelin-starred eatery is known for its modern Scottish flavours and meticulous craftsmanship.
Cheevers confirmed he will remain hands-on in both Loma and Unalome, splitting his time to ensure each kitchen maintains its standards, identity and commitment to culinary excellence.
Will Oakley, Managing Director of Cameron House, welcomed the partnership.
'We are delighted to welcome back Graeme Cheevers and collaborate with him on this exciting new venture.
