NPD: 1 hurt after shooting on Chesapeake Blvd.
NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — One person was hurt after a shooting on Chesapeake Boulevard Friday night.
According to officials, just before midnight, officers were dispatched to the 7900 block of Chesapeake Boulevard for reports of a gunshot disturbance.
Officers arrived to the scene and found a man suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to be OK.
The incident remains under investigation.
