2-year-old hurt after hit-and-run in Strawberry Mansion, Philadelphia police say
A two-year-old was struck by a car Thursday night in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia, police say. The driver fled the scene.
Police are investigating the hit-and-run, which happened at 33rd Street and Susquehanna Avenue, Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
Police took the child to the hospital, Small said.
