Actor Pankaj Tripathi, known for his versatile performances, has always been vocal about his village roots and the importance of the rural lifestyle in today's fast-paced world. He recently visited his sister's village in Siwan, Bihar. Photos of the 'Mirzapur' star from the wedding festivities of his nephew have now gone was seen sporting his casual traditional look while attending his nephew Himanshu's marriage. The wedding procession reached Bahrauli village in Bihar's Saran district. Pankaj was seen sitting with relatives and other wedding attendees in the pictures. Pankaj was born in Belsand village of Barauli in the Gopalganj District of Bihar to Pandit Benares Tiwari and Hemwanti Tiwari. He made his acting debut with the Kannada film 'Chigurida Kanasu.' He later played minor roles in movies like 'Run,' 'Apaharan,' 'Omkara,' 'Aakrosh' and 'Agneepath.' However, he gained major recognition with Anurag Kashyap's 'Gangs of Wasseypur' franchise, as well as 'Masaan', 'Newton' and 'Bareilly Ki Barfi.' He was also praised for his performance in 'Sacred Games' and 'Mirzapur' series.
