Ranbir Kapoor Holds Little Raha In His Arms While Alia Bhatt Slays At Cannes

Ranbir Kapoor is busy with his daddy duties with daughter Raha while Alia Bhatt dazzles at Cannes.
Ranbir Kapoor is a doting daddy to Raha Kapoor. While his wife, Alia Bhatt, takes over Cannes with her phenomenal fashion outings, the actor is busy with his fatherly duties. Dressed in a pink frock, Raha looked adorable, bundled up in her father's arms. However, Raha's face was hidden with a red heart emoji after the couple requested privacy for their daughter.
Alia Bhatt has often shared how she has seen her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, transform after welcoming their daughter, Raha Kapoor, into their lives. Despite their demanding shoot schedules, Alia and Ranbir ensure that one of them is always with their daughter while the other is working. And true to their words, while Alia slays at Cannes, Ranbir has taken on his daddy duties. The father-daughter duo were seen on a candid outing in Mumbai. Watch their video here:
In March this year, Ranbir Kapoor accompanied Alia Bhatt for her birthday celebrations with paps, where the couple took part in a press Q&A session. During their interaction, they earnestly appealed to the media to avoid sharing unauthorised photos of their daughter, Raha, due to safety concerns.
Alia explained that while they aren't currently considering legal action, they might have to if their request is ignored. She stated, 'We don't want to push any sort of action, but we'll be left with no choice if people don't listen. Wait for Raha to cross or cover her face while taking pictures." According to NDTV, she also mentioned, 'My worst nightmare is someone breaking in and taking Raha away."
Ranbir addressed the media, reminding them that he 'grew up in Mumbai, in the industry," and viewed everyone there as 'family." He acknowledged it might seem like a 'privileged problem," but emphasised that as parents, they were trying their best to protect their child. 'Anybody with a camera phone can post it—it's not in our control. But we are just asking for help," he said. He also recounted an incident where Alia was photographed inside their home, describing it as a clear violation of their privacy. 'We understand there's curiosity, but there's a line you cannot cross," he added.
At one point, Alia interrupted Ranbir when he suggested Raha might be photographed on special occasions like Christmas. The couple reminded the press that under Child Privacy and Data Protection Laws, sharing images of minors without parental permission is not allowed. Prior to this, the Jigra actor deleted photos of Raha from her Instagram handle.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are working together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War. The film also stars Vicky Kaushal.
