Wehiwa Aloy named finalist for Golden Spikes Award
Maui native and Arkansas shortstop Wehiwa Aloy was named a finalist for the 2025 Golden Spikes Award, presented by Chinook Seedery, USA Baseball announced Wednesday. Aloy, a Baldwin High School graduate, is one of three finalists for the prestigious honor, joining Tennessee's Liam Doyle and Florida State's Alex Lodise. Through 59 games, Aloy is slashing a team-leading .355/.440/.686. His 20 home runs rank fourth in program history, and his 64 RBIs lead the Razorbacks.
