How Christina Haack split property portfolio with ex husband

Christina Haack has shed some light on her divorce settlement with Josh Hall, hinting she feels 'screwed' over by the agreement they finally reached. Speaking on SiriusXM's 'Jeff Lewis Live', the reality star revealed she 'signed something' to get rid of the drama with her ex for good. 'There's like a process after the process. It was resolved in mediation after I think 12 hours.' When Lewis asked the interior designer if she was happy with how the settlement turned out, she noted she wasn't interested in divulging all the details. 'I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you're screwed … I don't know how it goes,' she said. 'Look, it's not great, but I guess it's done.' Co-host Shane Douglas clarified the phrase: 'If both parties are equally unhappy after the negotiation, then you got what you want.' Although the details of the settlement haven't been revealed, Haack teased that she will stop by Lewis' show again when they become public record. A rep for Haack told Us Weekly, 'Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation. 'She extends her sincere appreciation to her lawyer, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process.' The HGTV star also praised her legal team on her social media, Realtor reports. 'You are all a true class act. I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace,' Haack said on her Instagram story. 'I appreciate you all beyond words. I have learned so much under your guidance.' The settlement came as a shock to fans and Haack, who previously lamented the ongoing legal proceedings during an appearance on the show 'Jeff Lewis Has Issues.' 'We're not even close [to a settlement]. We're going to be going to trial, I hear. It's going to be fun. Can't wait,' she said. She claimed that Hall asked the court to force her to pay his legal fees, noting that she has not yet been 'ordered' to do so but that she has been supporting him financially. 'I gave him money to live, and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn't have a job, so …' According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Haack asked that neither she nor Hall pay spousal support, adding that she wanted her ex to pay her lawyer fees. On the flip side, Hall requested spousal support and asked Haack to pay his lawyer fees. In response to Haack's interview rant about him, Hall's spokesperson shared a comment on his behalf, quoting a Mariah Carey song. 'It's sad Christina must resort to low blow about her ex Josh to promote her new show,' it read in part. 'She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, 'Why you so obsessed with me?' We wish Christina the best. 'Christina knows nothing about Josh's life, and it's sad she keeps speculation. Her accusations are baseless.' Sharing a screenshot of the statement on her Instagram account, Haack vented her fury about the comment. 'I just threw up in my mouth. Quoting a Mariah Carey song is a new low … even for you,' she wrote. 'Trust me idgaf about Josh's life. I do however care about his bts tactics. Narcissism at its finest,' she added. Hall filed for divorce from Haack in July 2024 after three years of marriage. The pair have the past few months embroiled in a bitter feud with Haack accusing her ex of trying to take her money and her property, allegations that he has vehemently denied. The former couple have been at odds over the HGTV star's $US4.5 million ($A6.9 million) Tennessee farmhouse since their split last year. Back in February, Haack delisted her farmhouse again as Hall continued his legal battle to block the sale. The real estate investor first listed the property back in October, only to take it off the market three weeks later, when it was revealed that Hall had filed a temporary emergency order to try to halt the sale of the home, which is known as Parker Branch. Hall — who was living in the house when it was listed — claimed the property was put up for sale without his consent, despite him offering Haack a global settlement, which she turned down. Although Haack bought the home before she and Hall were married, he claimed in legal documents that the 'paydown of the mortgage during marriage' entitled him to a say in what happened to the property. Haack split from her first husband Tarek El Moussa in 2016. They had two children over their nine-year marriage. In 2018, she married Ant Anstead with the duo welcoming son, Hudson London, in 2019. Anstead and Haack split in 2021, with the reality TV star marrying Hall in 2022. It is understood she is now dating businessman Christopher Larocca. Christina Haack suggests divorce agreement with Josh Hall is 'not great'

Christina Haack's divorce settlement is "not great". The 41-year-old reality TV star split from Josh Hall, her third husband, just under a year ago and the former couple confirmed last month they had agreed the terms of their split after undergoing mediation. However, the 'Christina on the Coast' star has now suggested she isn't particularly happy with the agreement. Speaking on SiriusXM's 'Jeff Lewis Live', she said: 'I signed something. There's like a process after the process. It was resolved in mediation after I think 12 hours. 'I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you're screwed, then whatever you want. I don't know how it goes. "Look, it's not great, but I guess it's done.' The HGTV star - who has Taylor, 14, and Brayden, nine, with first husband Tarek El Moussa and Hudson, five, with second spouse Ant Anstead - praised her legal team for handling her separation when news of the agreement was announced. Her representative told People magazine last month: 'Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation. She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process.' Christina echoed the praise on her Instagram account. She wrote: 'you are all a true class act. I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace. I appreciate you all beyond words. I have learned so much under your guidance. "And I'm grateful to have this behind me. I can't wait to move on with my life and focus on what's ahead and all my blessings." The 'Stronger By Design' star - who is now dating Christopher LaRocca - recently suggested that she possibly rushes into things, but felt "safe" being back in a relationship. . Christina explained to Tarek in an clip from their reality show 'The Flip Off': "I feel like I try to hide and act like I'm not affected but then I just do more stupid things to try to make myself feel better. I just keep doing it and getting into things too fast that I know aren't right. "I never wanted to get divorced. I'm the only person in my family to ever get a divorce. So I just felt like it's safe to be back in a relationship, but ultimately, that was not safe either."

Christina Haack hints she was 'screwed' after 12-hour divorce talk with Josh Hall who 'wanted $3.5M'

Christina Haack, 41, has shared how she feels after finally settling her divorce from Josh Hall. While on Monday's episode of SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live she hinted that she felt a bit 'screwed' after a 12-hour mediation with her ex. 'I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you're screwed, then whatever you want. I don't know how it goes…' she said. 'Look, it's not great, but I guess it's done.' Haack and Hall first started dating in March 2021, got engaged that September and wed a month later in October. 'I'm grateful to have this behind me,' she wrote in an Instagram story shortly after the divorce was finalized on May 2. 'I can't wait to move on with my life and focus on what's ahead and all my blessings.' In the Stories post, she thanked her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser. 'I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace... I appreciate you all beyond words,' Haack wrote of the lawyer and her team, calling them 'all a true class act.' 'I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you're screwed, then whatever you want. I don't know how it goes…' she said. 'Look, it's not great, but I guess it's done.' Haack and Hall first started dating in March 2021, got engaged that September and wed a month later in October During the divorce, Haack claimed that Hall wanted $3.5 million from her. Hall disputed the claim. He has also been accused of transferring $35,000 from Haack's bank account to his own - which he also denied. Christina has one bright light in her life: She is now happily dating businessman Christopher Larocca, who she pictured with last month engaging in a wild PDA session while on holiday in Cabo San Lucas in DailyMail+ exclusive photos. Last month learned she has been suffering from health issues. The worrying news comes after her costly and painful divorce from third husband. As a result, The Flip Off star has been feeling sluggish overall, a source told the Daily Mail. Haack's symptoms include headaches, bloating, weight gain and body aches. She has also been more tired than usual, the source added. Now, the mother-of-three is taking some time for 'self love' so she can cope better. 'Christina is doing more meditation and carving out quiet time for herself when she gets down time from her busy work schedule,' our source said. 'And she will be working out more with yoga and Pilates. Walks on the beach are also on her to-do list because that calms her down.' Stress can trigger poor health. According to Mayo Clinic, high or low cortisol levels can cause a variety of symptoms, often related to stress and hormone imbalance. And the reality TV star also shared this selfie where she had on a red workout bra and matching leggings while at home 'High cortisol can lead to weight gain, muscle weakness, high blood pressure and mood changes, while low cortisol can cause fatigue, weight loss and skin changes,' the medical center claimed. Many of these symptoms overlap with other conditions, making diagnosis challenging. In May, Haack made her red carpet debut with Larocca at the For Your Consideration Emmy event. She was joined by ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather El Moussa - all three star together on HGTV's The Flip Off. Hall was initially involved in the competition series, with the two couples expected to compete 'to find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain'. He was booted from the show shortly after they each filed for divorce in July 2024, one day apart. Haack went Instagram official with Larocca in January, sharing a snapshot sitting on his lap aboard a private plane. After the red carpet date, for which Haack and her new beau coordinated in black outfits, she took to Instagram to share photos and video clips. Engaging her nearly 2 million followers, she wrote in a caption: 'What an epic night last night and it was such an honor for us to be considered for an Emmy!!' Haack wore a long-sleeved satin mini dress, which she paired with sheer pantyhose and knee-high black boots. 'We have all come so far in our careers and personal life, separately and together,' she continued in her caption. 'Proud of us for coming together for this incredible show and doing this journey together.' Haack also shared a photo with the El Moussas via Instagram Stories and wrote: 'Last night was amazing,' adding a trophy and a prayer hands emoji.

Renee Zellweger's boyfriend Ant Anstead staying at rich divorcee's home while actress works in NYC

Renee Zellweger's boyfriend, Ant Anstead, has been taking up residence at the home of a rich California divorcee while the actress has been working in New York City, Page Six can confirm. According to the Daily Mail, Anstead, 46, was recently seen staying overnight at the Laguna Beach mansion of Julia 'Jules' French, a 36-year-old cycling instructor who is reportedly divorcing her hedge fund founder husband, James Hanna III. The outlet reported that Anstead was spotted arriving at French's home and that his car was still in the driveway the next morning. He was reportedly later seen emerging from the property. 'Mr Anstead is working mostly in the UK, and he has spent some of his limited time back in [Orange County] at his friend's home,' the TV host's rep exclusively told Page Six on Thursday. 'His friend Jules has a separate, detached guesthouse, and the suggestion that their relationship is anything other than platonic is unacceptable and untrue.' The rep made sure to add that 'Mr. Anstead and Ms. Zellweger are still together.' A source close to Anstead – who shares his youngest son, Hudson, 5, with his second wife, Christina Haack – told the Daily Mail that he 'moved into the apartment above the garage at Jules' place' after he moved out of his modest rental home last month. 'One of her kids goes to the same school as Hudson,' the source said, alleging that the two have had a 'flirtatious friendship going on.' However, his rep vehemently denied that allegation, telling us, 'The suggestion that Mr. Anstead is flirtatious is not true and is disrespectful to his four-year relationship.' According to the Daily Mail 's source, the car aficionado is dealing with financial woes (including bankruptcy for his supercar company and lawsuits demanding millions of dollars) and is 'trying to find another rental place.' Meanwhile, a source close to Zellweger — who is currently away filming Season 5 of Only Murders in the Building — told the Daily Mail that she is weary of having Anstead move in with her, even though they've been dating since 2021. 'Renee currently has a rental in Laguna [Beach]. When Ant lost his rental, the obvious thing would have been for him to move into the rental with Renee, but she doesn't want them cohabiting, so he has to find his own place to stay,' the source claimed, adding, 'That's kind of how the relationship works.' The couple has not been photographed together publicly since early March. Anstead's rep told the Daily Mail that he 'continues to remain private about his cherished personal relationship,' while Zellweger's rep declined to comment. However, a source close to the Oscar winner, 56, also said that they are still dating, despite living apart.
