Nutrien Announces Results of 2025 Annual Meeting
SASKATOON, Saskatchewan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nutrien Ltd. (TSX and NYSE: NTR) announced today the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2025 (the ' Meeting '). A total of 488,556,988 common shares, representing 74.48% of common shares outstanding, were represented at the Meeting.
