Expanding aparthotel opens doors to first Scottish property

The launch marks a significant milestone in the brand's UK expansion, introducing Supercity's signature blend of spacious suites, residential tranquility, and hotel-style service to the Scottish market. Set within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh's New Town, Forth House offers 66 design-led suites. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and curated interiors tailored for longer stays. Tucked away on Broughton Street Lane, the aparthotel is just a five-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station and Princes Street. READ MORE: All suites include air conditioning, with select rooms offering both a separate bath and shower. Guests can also expect high-speed WIFI, Chromecast-enabled televisions, and weekly housekeeping as standard. Roger Walters, Chairman of Supercity Aparthotels, commented: 'Edinburgh has been on our radar for a long time. It is a city rich in culture, energy, and architectural beauty. With Forth House, we have created something that feels truly rooted in its surroundings while remaining true to the Supercity ethos: calm, spacious, stylish, and designed for real living. We are proud to bring our take on modern hospitality to the Scottish capital.' Forth House follows successful openings in London, Manchester, and Brighton, and precedes two upcoming launches in Leeds and York later this summer. With these additions, Supercity Aparthotels will operate a nine-property portfolio across some of the UK's most vibrant urban destinations.
