"Al Hangaly" Unveils Teaser
Yara Sameh The official teaser for Egyptian actor Mohamed Ragab's upcoming TV series " Al Hangaly" has been unveiled. The cast also includes Mimi Gamal, Hala Fakher, Mahmoud Kabil, Ahmed Wafik, Abeer Sabry, Mohamed Lotfy, Ayten Amer, Dana Halabi, and more. The series sees Ragab collaborating with director Moataz Hossam and "Haq Arab" scribe Mahmoud Hamdan. It also witnesses the fourth collaboration between the actor and Amer. They previously starred together in the 2020 TV series "Al Akh Al Kabeer", the 2018 film 'Bikya', and the 2014 film "Salem Abu Okhto". "Al Hangaly" is set to screen during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon. Ragab's last participation in the drama marathon was a cameo appearance in Karim Abdel Aziz's TV series "Al-Hashashin". Ragab, born on May 27, 1975, made his acting career in children's programs. He also worked as an assistant director and studied at the Cinema Institute. He worked on 1995's 'al-Zainy Barakat' and as an assistant director for Tareq al-'Eryan on "El Silim we Al Thu'ban" (Snakes and Ladders). Ragab is known for TV productions such as "El Akh El Kabir", "Darbat Muealam", and "Wesh Tany". He is best known for his roles in films "Bekia" (2018), "Salem Abu Okhto" (2014), "Al Hafla" (2013), "Muhtaram Iila Rubue" (2010), "Almish Muhandis Hassan" (2008), "Klashinkof" (2008), and "Tomn Dastet Ashrar" (2006), Ent Omry" (2005), "Hamada Yelab" (2005), and "Mallaki Iskandariya" (2005). Ragab also starred as a villain in films "ُEl basha Telmeez" (2004), "Kan youm Hobak" (2004), "Izzay tekhalli el-banat Tehibbak" (2003), and "Mozakerat Moraheqah" (2001).

Mohamed Henedy to Star in Play "El Maganin"
Yara Sameh EVeteran Egyptian actor Mohamed Henedy has signed on to star in the play "El Maganin" (The Crazy Ones), staged from January 31 to February 4 at Mohammed Al-Ali, Boulevard City. The cast also stars Mai Selim, Ahmed Soultan, Mahmoud Hafez, and more. "El Maganin" is set to debut within the activities of the 5th edition of the Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. The play's official synopsis reads: "Psychiatrist Sharif Abu Aql is appointed to the psychiatric hospital (Al-Shifa). Everyone welcomes him and is happy with him, but this joy quickly dissipates when the owner of the hospital threatens to demolish it to build a shopping mall. Dr. Sharif finds himself in an unexpected confrontation, as he allies with a team of 'crazy' patients to save the hospital. Will Sharif and his team of 'crazy' patients succeed in saving the hospital?." In July 2024, Henedy made his last theatrical appearance reprising his iconic role of Ramadan Mabrouk Abul-Alamein Hamouda from the 2008 hit comedy film of the same name in the satirical social comedy play "School Musical". Henedy, born in February 1965 in the district of Giza, earned his bachelor's degree from the Cinema Institute in 1991. He began his career acting in the play 'Doctor Za'attar' and in the television series 'A'la Asl Dawar,' 'Al A'rdahalgy', and 'Al Bakheel wa Ana'. Henedy is one of the most prominent stars in Egypt and the Middle East in the last 20 years, during which he starred in many popular films including, 'Ismailia Rayeh Gay', 'Sa'eedi in the American University', 'Hamam fi Amsterdam', 'Gana El Bian El Taly', 'Askar fi el-muaskar', 'Fool el Seen el Azeem', 'Wesh Egram', and 'Ramadan Mabrouk Abul-Alamein Hamouda'.
