El Paso Municipal Court offers citation amnesty period
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Municipal Court is offering a citation amnesty period giving people the chance to pay outstanding traffic and parking citations while waiving additional fees from Monday, Feb. 17 through Saturday, March 8, the City said in a press release.
The City says the Municipal Court will waive collection and delinquent fees for unpaid citations during this period. To take advantage of the savings, citations must be paid in full before the amnesty period ends, the City said.
For those who need to pay citations, below are the following methods:

The following is the Municipal Bond Office hours and locations:
Downtown: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at 810 E. Overland
Northeast: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9600 Dyer
Pebble Hills: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 10780-A Pebble Hills
Mission Valley: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9011 Escobar
West Side: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 4801 Osborne
The City says Municipal Court Bond Offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays during the citation amnesty period.
'Our goal with the Citation Amnesty Program is to provide people with an opportunity to resolve their citations, restore their driving records, and avoid further penalties,' said El Paso Municipal Court Interim Director Annabelle Casas. 'We encourage everyone with outstanding traffic or parking citations to take advantage of this opportunity.'
