Lansing Mayor Andy Schor set to deliver State of City address: How to watch
LANSING — Lansing Mayor Andy Schor is planning to deliver the annual State of the City address Thursday night.
"Lansing is seeing billions in new investment - job growth, housing, and new amenities and services," the mayor's spokesperson Scott Bean said in a press release. "Mayor Schor will highlight these projects and talk about his vision for the future growth of our community."
Here's how to catch his 6 p.m. annual update on city business, goals and achievements.
The speech will be broadcast at 6 p.m. live on the city's YouTube page and at City-TV's 24/7 Stream.
The mayor will be speaking from the Alfreda Schmidt Southside Community Center Auditorium, 5825 Wise Road.
In-person seating may be limited so people are asked to RSVP ahead of time by sending an email to RSVP@
The mayor is running for re-election. He is the only mayoral candidate listed on the city clerk's database, which was last updated on Feb. 28.
The deadline for candidates is April 22.
