A MAN has appeared in court accused of voyeurism at a popular swimming pool.
Khern Hill, 32, faces five charges arising from alleged incidents at the Waterfront Leisure Complex in Greenock, Inverclyde.

It is claimed that the first alleged incident took place on March 24 in the facility's changing rooms.
The second allegedly occurred at 5.45pm on April 28 and was said to have been reported to officers at 7.10pm the same day.
The charges relate to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009, and the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Hill appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court earlier today.

He made no plea and was committed for further examination.
Hill has been released on bail and will appear back in court at a later date.
