Judicial Council discusses draft amendments to some articles of laws

Sana'a (Saba) - The Supreme Judicial Council held its weekly meeting, headed by the Council Chairman, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mumin Shuja' al-Din. The Council reviewed the draft amendments to some articles of the Crimes and Penalties Law No. 12 of 1994, as well as the draft amendments to some articles of the Civil Procedure and Enforcement Law No. 40 of 2002 and its amendments.
