UPSC releases full 2026 exam calendar, civil services prelims on May 24: Full list
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC exam calendar 2026, confirming the dates for major competitive exams including Civil Services, NDA, CDS, Engineering Services and more. The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2026 will be held on May 24, while the CSE Mains will begin from August to the calendar, the UPSC CSE 2026 notification will be issued on January 14, and applications can be submitted till February 3, 2026. The Indian Forest Service (Prelims) will also be conducted on the same day as the CSE UPSC NDA/NA and CDS 1 exams are scheduled for April 12, 2026, with notifications to be released in December 2025.
