What's the story behind Wallabee Day?
According to the brand, Wallabee Day has a pretty funny backstory. On April 26, 1971, a shipment of 4,176 pairs of Clarks Wallabees arrived at New York's JFK Airport but customs officers mistakenly thought the shipment contained live Wallabies. The mix-up was quickly resolved when the boxes revealed Clarks' signature shoe as opposed to animals.

Limited-edition Clarks Wallabee Day collection
The Wallabee Day collection features three stunning suede colorways: Green for men, bright pink for women and sand for both men and women. Each pair is crafted with high-quality suede and grounded by Vibram soles, ensuring durability and comfort.
The shoes come with textured laces, a kangaroo-shaped fob and an embossed Wallabee stamp on the heel, adding a touch of whimsy and uniqueness.
