Dhamar – SABA: The Cleaning and Improvement Fund, along with the branches of the General Postal Authority and the General Telecommunications Corporation in Dhamar Governorate, organized a commemorative event today marking the anniversary of Al-Wilayah. During the event, which was attended by the Director of the Telecommunications Branch, Fouad Al-Qawwas, the Director of the Postal Authority and Postal Savings, Ahmed Abdulrazaq, and the Director of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, Ahmed Al-Banna, several speeches were delivered. The speeches highlighted the significance of reviving the anniversary of Al-Wilayah Day, considering it a historic day in which the noble Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) clarified the foundational principles and paths that the Ummah must follow to preserve its dignity, honor, and strength. The speeches emphasized that the principle of Al-Wilayah represents the authentic continuation of the Muhammadan message and is a declaration of the leadership of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), affirming his status and role in supporting the religion of Allah. They also stressed the importance of embodying the morals, courage, and qualities of Imam Ali, following his example in facing challenges, instilling the culture of Wilayah in future generations, and living out its meanings in resisting the enemies of the Ummah. Unified Accounting System and Electronic Revenue Collection Launched in Al-Mahwit

Al-Mahwit - SABA: The Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Al-Mahwit Governorate, in cooperation with the Executive Unit for Information and Systems at the Ministry of Finance, today launched the comprehensive Unified Accounting System and Electronic Revenue Collection System. This inauguration comes as part of efforts to strengthen financial and administrative infrastructure, enhance transparency, and promote sound governance in public revenue management. The new systems aim to improve financial performance, streamline revenue collection, and strengthen oversight across institutions. During the ceremony, Deputy Governor Abdulsalam Al-Thamari praised this initiative as a significant step toward transparency and modernizing financial management tools. He called on all local institutions to adopt these advanced systems to better serve citizens and enhance institutional performance. Dahan Al-Makbais, Director of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in the governorate, stated that the launch represents a qualitative leap in the Fund's operations. The systems will improve financial and administrative efficiency, enhance revenue control, and simplify monitoring and reporting procedures. Mohammed Al-Ghadir, the Fund's Financial Director, explained that the new systems will enable real-time and precise management of accounts and revenues, boosting confidence in the Fund's financial performance while supporting public service improvement goals. 50 Sanitation workers honored in Ibb's second district on International Labor Day

Ibb - Saba: The Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Ibb province and the Second District honored on Thursday 50 outstanding workers, employees, supervisors, monitors, drivers with certificates of appreciation and symbolic gifts on the occasion of International Labor Day, observed annually on May 1st. During the ceremony, the Secretary-General of the Local Council – Vice Chairman of the Fund's Board of Directors, Amin Al-Warafi, extended his congratulations to the sanitation workers on this national occasion, describing the recognition as the least that could be done in appreciation of their relentless efforts in maintaining cleanliness projects and enhancing the province's aesthetic appearance. He emphasized that cleanliness is a social responsibility, not limited to any single entity, called for combined official and community efforts to preserve public hygiene. Al-Warafi affirmed that the local authority's leadership would spare no effort in supporting sanitation workers, considering them the cornerstone in developing cleanliness , improvement initiatives and safeguarding public health. He also praised the efforts of the Second District's leadership in advancing sanitation work across streets and neighborhoods. Meanwhile, Bilal Al-Dar, Director of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in the province, and his deputy, Adel Omar, stated that the Fund would continue to honor outstanding performers in their duties to maintain the province's dignified appearance , curb the spread of diseases and epidemics. They commended the local authority's commitment to supporting sanitation workers, addressing their concerns, and improving their living conditions. During the ceremony, attended by the province's cultural sector official and his deputies, Mohammed Al-Siddiq and Khaled Al-Kuraizi, Fadl Hajib, Technical Office Director of the Cleaning Fund, and Nabil Qadi, Head of the Second District, highlighted that the recognition reflects the province's leadership's care for the Fund's workers and staff. Hajjah - Saba: Hajjah governor, Hilal Al-Sufi, reviewed the job discipline level in public departments in the province office after Eid Al-Fitr vacation. The governor and the director of the civil service office in the province, Dahyan Al-Qadi, listened to an explanation of the level of discipline and performance from the directors of public departments.
