Opening of Glasgow's Clydeside Containers delayed

Clydeside Containers' official opening date has been pushed back due to 'global shipping delays', organisers have said. The new food, drinks, and entertainment hub is now expected to welcome customers at 61 Broomielaw in August. Famous TV couple join cast of hit supernatural thriller headed to Glasgow

Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton are set to star in a supernatural thriller play that's coming to Glasgow. The couple will take on the roles of Jenny and Sam in the show 2:22 A Ghost Story during a UK-wide tour lasting from August 4, 2025, to June 20, 2026. The play will be in the city's King's Theatre from August 25 until August 30 this year. "I have seen it a number of times, and I've wanted to play Sam for ages. "It's superbly written, clever, funny, and thought-provoking whilst always maintaining a danger that kept me on the edge of my seat. "When Stacey did the west end run, I thought she was brilliant and just wanted to be up there with her. "Me and Stace playing a couple with a new baby in a new house could not be more perfect.
