In addition to the usual €5,000 Raffle prize, the online player has received an additional prize of €250,000, resulting in total winnings of €255,000.
They purchased their winning ticket on the day of the draw, Friday, May 23.
The all-important winning raffle number is I-SDD-67295.

National Lottery spokesperson, Darragh O'Dwyer said: "It was a night to remember for our online players, with two big wins to celebrate this weekend!
"While there was no winner of last night's EuroMillions jackpot worth over €182 Million, over 65,0000 in Ireland won prizes in both the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus games.
"This includes one raffle ticket winner: I-SDD-67295,
an online player from Co. Dublin, of the 'Ireland Only Raffle' receiving €255,000.
"Also included is Ireland's 15

The all-important ticket was bought at SuperValu on Main Street, Ratoath, and it turned out to be the best decision he's made in a while, especially since he only recently started adding the Plus option to his usual Quick Pick.
He said: 'I had a few old tickets lying around and decided to get them checked.
'One of them printed a slip telling me to contact the National Lottery.
"I didn't think much of it until I noticed the shop was decked out in balloons.
"I was driving home and that's when it hit me, I could be the winner!'
He pulled over mid-journey to check his numbers online and sure enough, he was the EuroMillions Plus jackpot winner.
The delighted player added: 'The first thing I did was call my partner. She was completely speechless. We're absolutely over the moon!'
