Man arrested after sexually assaulting his own son
STANTON, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- On May 21, 2025, a collaborative child pornography investigation between Homeland Security Investigations, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Martin County Sheriff's Office, and Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division (CID) was initiated.
During the investigation, the suspect, identified as Cobby Esser, admitted to sexually assaulting his child, who is under the age of 10, and uploading the video to the internet. The suspect was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography. The suspect was jailed at the Martin County Detention Center.
