Summer may be right around the corner, but pesky rain showers are always lurking, threatening to ruin our days out and staycations. Everybody needs a lightweight waterproof jacket that can neatly fold up in a bag, ready to save the day whenever a downpour occurs.
Mountain Warehouse is currently offering a variety of its jackets on sale, including the Torrent Womens Lightweight Waterproof Jacket. Originally priced at £64.99, the jacket now has a lovely 49% discount, bringing the cost down to £32.99.
The garment is made from a breathable fabric and is available in five trendy colours in sizes four to 28. Mountain Warehouse describes the jacket as 'the perfect travel companion', with it 'easily fitting into a backpack'.

The jacket has an adjustable hood and cuffs for a customised fit and taped seams to make sure no rain gets in. It also has handy zipped side pockets, perfect for keeping keys, a mobile phone and other essentials dry.
Regatta has also reduced the price of some of its jackets, including the Women's Hamara IV Waterproof Jacket. This option is now priced at £40, down from £80, and comes in 11 colours in sizes ranging from eight to 26.
