Housing development work begins on former Coseley Swimming Baths
Work has started to build homes on the site of a former leisure centre in the Black developer WV Living, which is owned wholly by City of Wolverhampton Council, has started construction on its Pear Tree Lane development, located at the old Coseley Swimming centre was demolished in 2010, but it was not until 2022 when initial plans for homes were scheme will deliver 34 new homes for sale, comprising a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom properties.
