Head of CTS talks with attachés from Egypt and Jordan about ways to improve security cooperation
The head of the Counter-Terrorism Service CTS, Lt. Gen. Karim al-Tamimi, discussed on Monday with the Egyptian and Jordanian military attachés ways to enhance security cooperation.
A statement by the Counter-Terrorism Service, obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the head of the Counter-Terrorism Service, Lieutenant General Karim Al-Tamimi, received in two separate meetings, both the Egyptian military attaché, Colonel Staff of War, Akram Sharif, and the Jordanian military attaché, Brigadier General Anwar al-Bashabsheh."
The statement pointed out that "during the two meetings, they discussed mechanisms to activate joint cooperation and exchange experiences and views on security affairs between brotherly countries."
