McWane Science Center hosting ‘Big Machines Day' on March 1
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — 'Big Machines Day' is returning to the McWane Science Center in March.
The event is on March 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Museum admission is free. For more information, click here.
A Street Full of Big Machines
19th Street N will be closed to make room for heavy equipment provided by CraneWorks. Guests will be able to interact with machines such as a forklift, dump truck, and more.
Hard Hats & Hands-On Stem Fun
Attendees can grab a free hard hat and express creativity at a hard hat decorating station.
Dream Big on the IMAX Dome
A special showing where guests can see how engineers and big machines shape the world.
