The Substance Star Demi Moore Bags The Title Of World's Most Beautiful Person Of 2025
New Delhi: Demi Moore is on a roll, as she received the title of World's Most Beautiful Person Of 2025 from People Magazine recently. It is indeed refreshing to see the 62-year-old Hollywood icon be honoured with this recognition and break barriers surrounding the age-old myths about beauty standards being associated only with youth. Yesterday, People Magazine made a grand announcement of their upcoming issue, featuring Demi Moore on the digital cover. Demi further spoke about ageism, beauty, and acceptance in her interview with the magazine. The actress said, "I have a greater appreciation for all that my body has been through that brought me to now. It doesn't mean that sometimes I look in the mirror and don't go, 'Oh God, I look old,' or 'Oh, my face is falling', I do. But I can accept that that's where I'm at today, and I know the difference today is that it doesn't define my value or who I am." She further elaborated on the topic as she revealed that in her early days, she would punish herself as it was all about physical beauty. But today, it is more about one's overall health and mental well-being. Demi added, "It's much more about longevity and quality of life. And I think I've evolved into greater gentility towards myself." It has been an incredible year for Moore who bagged several awards at prestigious film festivals for her commendable performance in The Substance. She bagged the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role at SAG Awards 2025, Best Actress (Musical/Comedy) at the 82nd Golden Globes, and Best Actress at the Critics Choice Awards 2025. She also received an Oscar nomination this year for the film, in the Best Actress category. She reacted to the wholesome experience, as she said, "It's been like a full pregnancy, really joyous moments, exhausting moments. But overall, it was an extraordinary time and experience." Demi played the role of a troubled woman who was fighting a lot of inner turmoil and complex emotions within her in The Substance. The film got her appreciation from critics and masses alike.

What Adam Brody Told Wife Leighton Meester in Critics Choice Speech
Originally appeared on E! Online Time to give a big "mazel tov" to Adam Brody. The Nobody Wants This star picked up the 2025 Critics Choice Awards for Best Actor Comedy Series for his work as Rabbi Noah Roklov on the Netflix series during the Feb. 7 ceremony hosted by Chelsea Handler. And it was quite a momentous occasion for Adam, who beat out fellow nominees Brian Jordan Alvarez (English Teacher), David Alan Grier (St. Denis Medical), Steve Martin (Only Murders in The Building), Kayvan Novak (What We Do in the Shadows) and Martin Short (Only Murders in The Building) for the award. (Click here to see more stars at the Critics Choice Awards.) Taking the stage at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., the 45-year-old thanked his wife of 10 years Leighton Meester, with whom he shares daughter Arlo, 9, and a 4-year-old son, whose name has never been publicly shared. "My darling, darling, darling wife Leighton," he said during his acceptance speech, "thank you for sharing this life with me and this journey with me. Thank you for our family." Adam continued, "I love you with all my heart." More from E! "We had the immense pleasure of filming this in Los Angeles," he shared. "Can't wait to run it back with you guys in a few weeks." He added in an aside to Kristen, "Thank you for your talent. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your belief in me. This is a Hanukkah present for you." Since Nobody Wants This' 2024 release, Adam has had a chance to reflect on how thrilled he was for a chance to play the unconventional rabbi, and experience the romantic journey his character Noah goes through alongside Kristen's agnostic podcast host Joanne. "I wanted it. I only got the first episode of the script but I thought it was charming, and a fun role that felt both comfortable and a familiar, fun place to play," he told The Hollywood Reporter in October. "At the same time, the character being a rabbi meant that it had this whole other side to it. I had a lot to learn and study so that I could do an actorly thing with it." The O.C. alum also admitted that at this point in his career, he's a bit choosier with the roles he takes. "Any professional should be opinionated about what they do, but I think I'm much more pragmatic in terms of what I do," he explained. "I don't consider myself incredibly picky. I understand the reality of going to work and I enjoy work, and there's not much of a strong correlation between the quality of a project and the joy I have making it. It has a lot more to do with the personalities involved. All of that is to say that going to work is its own joy, too." To see more winners from the 2025 Critics Choice Awards, keep reading. Missing Alaska Plane: All 10 Passengers Believed Dead in Crash
Originally appeared on E! Online A missing plane in Alaska has been found in a wreckage. Less than 24 hours after a Bering Air plane carrying 10 people disappeared from radar after leaving Unalakleet, Alaska, the Cessna aircraft was found crashed 34 miles from its destination of Nome, the United States Coast Guard confirmed in a statement. "#USCG has ended its search for the missing plane," the Coast Guard wrote on X (formerly Twitter) Feb. 7, "after the aircraft was located approx. 34 miles southeast of Nome." And though only three of the 10 passengers were found dead inside the wreckage, per the maritime military branch, there are believed to be no survivors from the caravan, which had been traveling over the North Sound on its way to Nome but never arrived. "The remaining 7 people are believed to be inside the aircraft but are currently inaccessible due to the condition of the plane," the statement continued. "Our heartfelt condolences are with those affected by this tragic incident." The aircraft took off from Unalakeet at 2:37 p.m. local time. Less than two hours later, Alaska State Troopers were notified of an "overdue aircraft," whose last known position was 12 miles offshore at 3:16 p.m., per KTTU. More from E! "We are currently doing an active ground search from Nome and from White Mountain and have as much up to date information on the event as possible," the Nome Volunteer Fire Department wrote in an update on Facebook at the time. "Due to weather and visibility, we are limited on air search at the current time." And while the department understood the public's concern, they urged anyone who wasn't part of the official search to stay home. "We ask the public to please think of those who may be missing at this time," the department continued, "but due to weather and safety concerns please do not form individual search parties." Additionally, White Mountain fire chief Jack Adams emphasized that the investigation was a top priority for the department. "They're prepared to be out all night," he told KTTU's Alaska's News Source. "They will search here until they find them or somebody else finds them."
