Maury County community mourns student killed in crash
CULLEOKA, Tenn. (WKRN) — Maury County Public Schools will provide additional assistance to students after a sophomore was killed in a crash Friday afternoon.
Culleoka Unit School said a sophomore student was killed in a crash Friday.

'This tragedy has deeply impacted both our students and staff. In response, our district's crisis support team is prepared to assist students and their families during this difficult time,' a Facebook post from the school reads, in part. 'We understand the importance of providing a supportive space for students to process their emotions, and counselors will be available at school on Monday to offer guidance and care.'

Maury County Public Schools also released a statement saying thoughts and prayers were with the student's family and the community at Culleoka Unit School.
