Al Hamriyah concludes second Ramadan Volleyball Championship

Event attendees and leadership The event was attended by prominent figures, including His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors; His Excellency Ahmed Al Ketbi, Vice Chairman; Sultan Al Shamsi, Secretary General; Issa Rashid bin Rukn, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Committee; and Rashid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Football and Age Groups Committee. Championship final and winners The "SWAT" team emerged victorious in the second edition of the championship, defeating the "Eagles" team in the final. Eight teams participated in the event, which was held in a special Ramadan atmosphere at the Ramadan Village. Crowning of the winners The winners were crowned by His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi, along with His Excellency Ahmed Al Ketbi, Sultan Al Shamsi, and Issa bin Rukn. A special tribute was also given to Issa Sultan bin Hareb for his efforts in organising the championship. Final remarks and praise His Excellency the Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors congratulated the "SWAT" team for winning the title and the runner-up "Eagles" team. He also praised all participating teams, highlighting that the primary goal of the tournament was to provide a recreational sporting outlet for the region's residents during the holy month of Ramadan.

Inclusive Participation Issa bin Rakan, Board Member of the Club and Head of the Cultural and Community Committee, stated that the championship is open to the local community of Al Hamriyah, government entities, and companies in the region. Upgraded Venue and Rewards Unlike the previous two editions held indoors, this year's matches will be played on the club's grass field. The tournament also offers financial prizes totaling approximately AED 20,000.
