Pedro Pascal's Emotional Final Goodbye From ‘The Last of Us' Set Was Caught on Camera
Pedro Pascal was integral in building one of the most popular video game adaptations in recent memory, starring as Joel Miller in HBO's The Last of Us television series. The show is strongly based on the popular video game with the same title, which was first released in 2013. However, with the television series sticking to the storyline from the video games, the expectation of many fans for Season 2 signaled the end of the road for Pascal's character. While some held out optimism that Joel's death in The Last of Us Season 2 wouldn't come until later, the band-aid was ripped off quickly. Pascal was part of some additional filming even after Joel's death, but his time on The Last of Us set has officially ended. Culture Crave revealed a video of Pascal's final goodbye from the set, featuring a strong message from the popular actor. "You guys are the best that I've ever seen and been a part of, there's nobody like you guys," Pascal said to the cast and crew. Not surprisingly, Pascal received loud applause during his departure, and the clip left fans of the show voicing their appreciation, sadness and disappointment that he'll no longer be on the show. "He's main reason I watched the show now he's gone I no longer have to watch I can watch him in marvel universe now," wrote one fan. "Kinda funny how the most recent episode was one of the best in the season, and it had the most of Joel in it... other than the 1st episode... which was also great," added another. "He did great! wouldn't be surprised to see him snag multiple awards this year," praised one fan. "Pedro Pascal what a guy man," replied one fan with a heart emoji. "I miss u Joel," said one fan with a crying emoji. The bulk of the responses from fans were fueled by sadness and disappointment that Pascal and his character are officially no longer in the show. Many fans praised the actor as the best part of The Last of Us, and feel it won't be the same without him. Both seasons of The Last of Us currently boast an impressive 95% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes. However, there's a stark difference in the audience score between the two seasons, with the first sitting at 63% and the second at 39%.

The Switch 2 has a mode that caps battery charge at 90 percent
Nintendo will include an optional battery preservation mode with the Switch 2, which the company revealed via its Nintendo Today! news app. This will cap the console's charge as it approaches 90 percent and then maintain it at that amount. Why do this? It's to keep the battery in tip-top shape. Rechargeable lithium batteries can degrade if kept in a fully-charged state. So the feature will let users sacrifice 10 percent of playtime for ongoing battery maintenance. That seems like a fair tradeoff to me. Many smartphones have been offering something like this for years. Valve has also been testing a similar feature for the Steam Deck. When you unbox that shiny, new Switch 2, just head into system settings and look for a toggle that reads "Stop Charging Around 90%." Tap it and you'll be all set. Of course, you have to secure a Switch 2 pre-order to do this, and that's easier said than done. The console will be released on June 5. While early reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, it's the post-credits scenes that have Marvel fans in a frenzy. The film reportedly includes both a mid-credits and a post-credits scene, marking the first time since Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 that Marvel has doubled down on end-credit teases. Thunderbolts* has two post-credits scenes According to a post from pop culture account Culture Crave, Thunderbolts* won't just have one, but two post-credits scenes. Longtime MCU fans know that early Marvel films typically ended with a single teaser, but that changed with 2012's The Avengers, which introduced the now-classic combo of a mid-credits scene followed by one at the very end. #Thunderbolts has two post-credit scenes That two-scene format became a trademark during Phases 2 and 3, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 even went all out with five post-credit moments. But ever since Avengers: Endgame skipped the tradition altogether, Marvel has dialed it back. In fact, the last three movies only gave fans one bonus scene each. What are the two post-credits scenes in Thunderbolts*? Details about the first post-credits scene in Thunderbolts* are not clearly known, with conflicting reports making it difficult to confirm any information. However, the second post-credits scene has been described in detail. According to a report by the post-credits sequence is said to show the New Avengers team in their tower discussing how Sam has recruited his own New Avengers team and has the copyright for that name. Suddenly, they receive news of something coming from space: the Fantastic Four ship entering their universe. This potential cameo has generated significant buzz, especially after Pedro Pascal attended the screening of the film. More about Thunderbolts* Thunderbolts* is picking up Marvel's thread of diving into morally grey territory, this time with Florence Pugh and Sebastian Stan leading the charge.
