Bahrain Engages in Digital Transformation at Jordan Forum

Amman: A Bahraini delegation participated in the second edition of the Digital Cooperation and Development Forum (DCDF2.0), organised by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and the League of Arab States (LAS). According to Bahrain News Agency, the forum focuses on enhancing digital transformation in the Arab region, supporting innovation, developing the digital economy, and strengthening public-private sector partnerships. It also addresses key challenges and opportunities related to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital governance. The two-day forum includes panel discussions and closed ministerial meetings to establish a joint roadmap for advancing digital cooperation among Arab countries. Discussions will center on implementing the Arab Digital Agenda (2023 – 2033) and leveraging technology and innovation to achieve sustainable development.
