More Trending Customers should stop using the chainsaws immediately and reach out to DR Power for a refund. The company is offering pro-rated refunds for the chainsaws based on their age. Customers must destroy the chainsaw following the company's directions in order to be eligible for some money back. 'Consumers will need to show proof of the chainsaw's destruction by uploading a photograph in accordance with the destruction instructions and filling out the recall form online,' states the announcement.
