1 dead after crash near Dakota City
DAKOTA COUNTY, Neb. (KCAU) — A person is dead after a late-morning crash in Dakota County.
The Dakota County Sheriff's Office reported, around 11:09 a.m. on Tuesday, there was a crash on Highway 77 about four miles south of Dakota City.

A semi-truck and trailer left the roadway and rolled. Officials said Timothy French, 63, of Decatur, Nebraska, was injured and hospitalized in Sioux City. He died due to his injuries.
Authorities are still investigating the crash.
