Man arrested after chase from Fauquier deputies
FAUQUIER COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A 35-year-old man has been arrested after an overnight chase from deputies, according to the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies attempted to pull over a white Cadillac Escalade for reckless driving on Marsh Road near Bealeton, but the driver reportedly refused to stop, and a pursuit ensued.
Man charged with murder after admitting to shooting other man in Herndon, police say
According to deputies, crews were able to stop the vehicle in the 14000 block of Warrenton Road, and the driver was taken into custody.
Deputies say Damien Devon McKoy of Winchester was charged with felony DUI, driving suspended, felony eluding and reckless driving.
He is being held in the Fauquier County Adult Detention Center.
