Northwest AEA's chief administrator to retire
LE MARS, Iowa (KCAU) — Northwest Area Education Agency (AEA) has unanimously accepted the retirement of its chief administrator.
During Monday night's meeting in Le Mars, the agency's board of directors voted yes on Dan Cox retiring from his position. He's set to retire on June 30, which is the end of his contract.

In his resignation letter, Cox said it's been a privilege to serve the communities of northwest Iowa in the last seven years.
Board members have decided to hold a special board meeting on April 14 to discuss the new candidates. That's anticipated to take place at 6 p.m. at Northwest AEA's Sioux City office.
