Bakersfield man arrested in 2023 pleads no contest to possessing child porn
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Bakersfield man arrested in 2023 has pleaded no contest to a charge of possessing child pornography, according to court records.
Daniel Alejandro Orozco entered the no contest plea Friday. A charge of advertising child porn for sale or distribution was dismissed, records show.

Sentencing is set for March 18.
Orozco, 46 at the time, was arrested Dec. 1, 2023, when police served a warrant at a home on Ocean Jasper Drive, south of Panama Lane and east of Ashe Road.
