Roisin O announces she is expecting her first child
Singer Róisín O revealed she is 'doing the family maker' this year as she announced she is expecting her first child with fiancé Gearóid O Dea.
Posting a video on Instagram, Róisín played the song 'Take A Sexy Picture Of Me' by fellow Irish musician CMAT as the backdrop to her big reveal.
In the video, Róisín cradles her baby bump, as she dances to the song that features the lyrics: "I did the butcher, I did the baker, I did the home and the family maker."
'Thanks @cmatbaby and @justsammorris for the deadly baby announcement music and choreograph,' Róisín posted.

Róisín O who was engaged to Gearóid in Cavan last year is the daughter of legendary singer Mary Black.
Her brother is Danny O'Reilly of The Coronas fame, while her dad, Joe O'Reilly, is the owner of Dara Records. She also has another brother who is a civil engineer.
She showcased her beautiful engagement ring with a snapshot from the jacuzzi at Cabu Cabins where Gearoid popped the question
She wrote at the time: "Made some beautiful life decisions this weekend …Can't stop smiling, we're engaged!"
The couple first met when they were just 14-years-of-age, while away at Irish college and began dating at 17.
They parted ways in their twenties before, as Róisín said, they 'found their way back to each other' towards the end of lockdown, with her telling Evoke in October 2024 that she's 'in my happy-ending era'.
