Davesh Rawal has been appointed Commercial Director at Conrad Pune

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Davesh steps into this strategic leadership role as the property continues to set benchmarks in luxury hospitality.
Davesh brings a diverse cross-functional background, having held prominent commercial positions across globally recognized hospitality brands like Marriott International, Accor Group and Hyatt Hotels. His portfolio features flagship properties like Andaz Delhi by Hyatt Hotel, Pullman and Novotel Aerocity. In his most recent role as Director of Sales at JW Marriott Pune, he refined sales strategies, implemented effective revenue initiatives, and consistently expanded the hotel's market share.
In his new role at Conrad Pune, Davesh will be instrumental in accelerating growth initiatives, expanding the hotel's market footprint, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. His leadership will also focus on deepening stakeholder engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize commercial outcomes, and nurturing a results-driven culture across teams. A graduate of IHM Bhubaneswar with a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, Davesh combines a strong operational foundation with commercial expertise, making him well-equipped to drive Conrad Pune's ongoing growth and innovation in luxury hospitality.
