NASCAR Cup Series entry list for EchoPark Speedway in June 2025
The NASCAR Cup Series is ready to take on the 2025 Quaker State 400 at EchoPark Speedway, and the entry list has been revealed. NASCAR released the 2025 Quaker State 400 entry list and Xfinity Series entry lists for EchoPark and the Truck Series entry list for Lime Rock Park on Monday afternoon. It is NASCAR's second and final date at EchoPark during the 2025 season, with the first completed in late February. On Sunday, all 36 full-time drivers are present for the 2025 Quaker State 400 on Saturday. This is the first season in the charter system's history in which all 36 entries have a full-time competitor. As for the open entries, Corey LaJoie (Rick Ware Racing), David Starr (Garge 66), B.J. Cedaredge Applefest will raise vendor rates by 10%
CEDAREDGE, Colo. (KREX) — For every October since 1977, Applefest floods the streets of Cedaredge with over 20,000 people and hundreds of vendors. However, a document making its way through Town Hall proposed a 30% increase to all vendors and even warned of the possibility of shutting down the long-time tradition if more funds weren't brought in. Some local store owners thought this increase was too much, like Starr's Guitars Owner David Starr. Cedaredge Town Clerk Brooke Gardner tells WesternSlopeNow since last report, a final decision has been made by the majority of the Board of Trustees – raise vendor rates by 10%. Starr responds, 'I think that's a great place to start, if that's what it takes to keep things going at the level of quality that we have, I think that's fine.' Gardner tells WesternSlopeNow the extra revenue will go directly back into the event to strengthen Wi-Fi connections downtown and fix electricity issues in the nearby park. Cedaredge Applefest could go away if vendor pricing doesn't increase, town says
CEDAREDGE, Colo. (KREX) — Applefest is a free-to-the-public event that brings in up to 20,000 people from across the state to the small town of Cedaredge, pressed up against the Grand Mesa. Vendors for the annual fall event may see a big change in the future. The Town of Cedaredge organizes the event, and they're considering upping the costs by 30%, stating, 'if nothing is done, we will continue to run into the red which leads to the potential for this festival to be cut from the 2026 budget.' Cats on Main Owner Cathy Trimmer says the event means just as much to brick-and-mortar stores on Main Street as it does to traveling vendors. She believes the increase would 'impact everybody.' Starr's Guitars Owner David Starr has helped the town manage the live band performances for over twenty years. He tells WesternSlopeNow, 'you're going to have some people who are vendors who simply say I can't afford that or I think it's prohibitive or whatever.' Out of Surface Creek Valley vendors could see anywhere from a $65 increase to a $200 increase. An alternative given in the proposal states if rates were to stay the same, there would be cuts in merchandise, publication and staffing.
