The internet was in stitches at a tiny dog's reaction to the cleaner moving a very important piece of furniture.
Willie Nelson, aka Willie the dachshund, lives in Colorado with his owner Piet Dayney, 29, who describes the one-year-old pup as "the sweetest" dog "with so much personality."
Thanks to his small size—the breed has an average height of just nine inches, according to the American Kennel Club (AKC)—Dayney has made changes to her home to ensure he can get everywhere easily.
This includes a special ramp or stairs that helps Willie climb up on the sofa to cuddle with his owner whenever he likes, with Dayney explaining: "We always use stairs for him since dachshunds are prone to intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), a back issue, so he's used to them."

But when Dayney hired a cleaner to spruce up the home, Willie was left outraged when his special stairs suddenly led to nowhere.
In a video to her TikTok account, @its_willithecoween on April 15, viewed more than 1.4 million times, Dayney showed Willie standing up, making intense eye contact with her.
As she moved closer, it was revealed Willie was standing on his special stairs, but it had been moved to the side of the sofa, leading nowhere, and making him unable to jump up on the furniture.
"When our cleaner forgot to put his couch stairs back," Dayney wrote over the video, alongside the caption: "Ummm... excuse me? Couch please?"
She explained to Newsweek: "I just walked in on him being baffled he couldn't make it up to his napping spot since they weren't in their usual space.
"He clearly made eye contact to tell me he was ready for them to move!"
TikTok users loved it, awarding the video more than 90,000 likes, as one commenter wrote: "Not the stairs to nowhere."
"I'm not arriving where this usually takes me," another joked.

Others shared their own stories, one recalling moving their dog's stairs to vacuum, and their pet "ran up to them and right off the end like a cartoon character. Poor girl was shocked."
"I moved our ramp to clean the floor and forgot to put it back. The oldest dachshund barked and I walked in to all 5 lined up on the ramp to no where," another laughed.
Stairs or a ramp for dogs can be beneficial for multiple reasons, including for senior or arthritic dogs, small dogs, and breeds prone to back issues, including dachshunds who can develop IVDD, where changes occur to the protective material around the spinal cord, according to the AKC.
